Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please ensure you retain your order number or invoice as proof of purchase. You must email us at support@vedangas.com to initiate the return process. Once approved, the item should be shipped back to our return address at your own cost (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used Rudraksha beads, customized or personalized items, and opened puja kits or consumable ritual items such as ghee or incense. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
